Degahbur City Water Office is responsible for planning, managing, and improving water supply services within the city. Its primary goal is to ensure reliable access to safe and clean water, promote sustainable water resource management, and support public health and community development through efficient water service delivery.

Mission
To deliver reliable, safe, and affordable water and sanitation services by expanding and maintaining infrastructure, managing water resources sustainably, strengthening institutional capacity, and engaging communities in conservation, hygiene, and environmental protection.
Objectives
- Guarantee continuous access to clean and safe drinking water for all residents of Degahbur City.
- Improve sanitation, sewerage, and drainage services to protect public health and the urban environment.
- Manage and conserve water resources responsibly to meet current and future demand.
- Strengthen institutional systems, staff capacity, and service delivery standards of the Water Supply and Sewerage Office.
- Promote community participation and awareness on water conservation, hygiene, and proper use of water and sanitation services.
